Each customer declares having read these general terms and conditions before any reservation for any person involved in the sale and himself included. Minors must be accompanied by one parent or a legal guardian. In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are available to any customer for information before the conclusion of any contract of sale. They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the headquarters of the establishment, SAS campsite La Peyrade 12390 Rignac.<\/p>\n
Any request of reservation must be accompanied by a deposit and a cancellation insurance contribution (if this one is subscribed)<\/strong><\/p>\n Pitch reservation : All rentals are registered in the name of the tenant and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fee. No discount will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.<\/p>\n Any cancellation must be notified by written or e-mail<\/strong><\/p>\n Due to the tenant : Due to the manager : In case of cancellation by the manager, not related to a fault of the customer, the manager of the campsite will refund to the customer the amount received corresponding to the Stay or the part of the stay not consumed. The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of a distance sale under the consumer code are not applicable to tourist benefits (article L. 121-20-4 of the consumer code). For any order of a stay at the campsite, the customer has no right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n We recommend u to purchase cancellation insurance. This contract offers u a cancellation guarantee which allows to obtain a refund of the amounts paid in case of cancellation of your stay or of early departure under certain conditions (sickness, accident, Covid-19\u2026).<\/p>\n Insurance costs : During your stay in our campsite, it is likely u will be photographed or filmed for the design and realization of our advertising supports, unless u report your opposition in writing to the reception as soon as u arrive.<\/p>\n Use of sound devices must not be perceived beyond of each location area ; It is obligatory for everyone to respect the right to rest of their neighbours<\/p>\n Rental : Arrivals are from 4 pm, departures are made before 10 am Camping : Arrivals are made from 12 h, departures are done before 12 h<\/p>\n A deposit of 220 euros per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival for the rented installation (\u20ac160 for the rental and \u20ac60 for the household, in 2 check, Credit card or cash). It will be refunded to u the day of your departure, during opening hours of the reception, after an inventory. The billing of any degradation will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if u do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness.
